UPDATE: As of now, 340 members have been removed. This includes spam bots and anyone who had 0 posts.

All spam posts and advertisements have been removed.
The site is currently at 122 members. Each of these members are genuine and have posted at least one genuine post.

Just a bit of trivia: One fellow has created over 40 accounts from the same IP and the same email variation (username142@live.com). It was an interesting trend that I quickly found and purged.
At one point I simply decided to remove everyone with 0 posts. There were too many users to go through to check if genuine or not, and some I was unable to know for sure.

Also, very important: If your IP has been banned, then I apologize. I have banned a lot of IPs while I was going through members manually; if someone with 0 posts and no way to prove that they're genuine got in my way they may have been IP banned. In this case, it's best to contact me at litos (at) 1191adb.com if you want your IP unbanned, with your IP of course.

That said the forum will re-open soon but registrations will be disabled until I can find a solution for all of this. The forum is spewing with guests at the moment that I assume are bots/spammers trying to get in and post or register. I'm not really sure how to fend them off, they're pretty smart and most likely human as they can answer the trick question at registration.

1191 A.D. Brotherhood forum is closed.

Possibly temporarily, but maybe permanently.
The site has been, as of recently, completely invaded with advertisement bots (or people hired to be them, since they seem to pass all registration precautions).

There's possibly over 100 of them and I need time to go through and delete them.
If you're a genuine person who has made an account but has not posted anything in the recent months, your account may be deleted.

I will work on this now or in the near future and see if I can get rid of all their crap. I will also work on updating the site with recent information on Revelations and if I do that, I will open it again, but registrations may be closed.

To be honest, the site is practically dead, with only a handful of people still visiting it. I just like to keep it open because it's pretty and it's kind of my proud child even design and functionality wise, but, sadly, it's just needed for anyone anymore.

I vowed to keep it open and updated for as long as I can, so this is going to be my last try. I'll put some work into it since it's a weekend now, but if shit hits the fan again then I think it's going to be time for the old man to be closed for good.
